How do I install my equipment in my tank?

The sensor should be placed in a vertical position in the upper part of the tank and should be installed in a way that that gives the sensor has a clear pathway to the contents of the tank. Place it so there are no internal obstructions that may interfere with the ultrasonic signal.

My equipment is not reading correctly. What should I do?

Contact the provider’s technical service to ask for advice on adjusting the readings.

How often is the information from my equipment updated on the platform?

The information from your device is updated on a daily basis at 10.00 am with all the readings collected from the previous day.
