HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil)\u00a0<\/strong>is a fuel made from 100% renewable materials that, when refined, have a structure like fossil diesel. HVO can help solve the current problem of new net\u00a0GHG (greenhouse gas)\u00a0<\/strong>emissions, associated with fossil fuels.<\/p>\n

It currently shows great promise as a renewable energy source for diesel engines. HVO has a shelf life\u00a0ten times\u00a0<\/strong>that of standard diesel. Offers a year-round performance in both low and high temperatures, and being a fuel of \u201c immediate delivery\u201d means HVO is a drop-in replacement for diesel without the need for modifications to the engine.<\/p>\n

Governments and companies around the world are already promoting initiatives with the common goal of making the energy consumed in datacentres and critical facilities renewable and leading to a\u00a0reduction in GHGs.<\/strong><\/p>\n
