Among many other interesting presentations, we would like to highlight the one given by Ra\u00fal Campos, Senior Manager IBX Operations of Equinix, on the pillars of sustainable data center construction and the one given by Francisco Porras of the Data Center Business Unit (MERLIN Properties) on carbon neutral data centers with zero water consumption. Both dealt with issues on how to reduce the excessive electricity and water consumption of Data Centers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Both dealt with issues on how to reduce the excessive electricity and water consumption of Data Centers. This sector is growing at a dizzying pace and now is the time to implement measures to optimize its energy and resource needs in order to boost the ecological transition in terms of efficiency and sustainability.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For us, Data Centers is a key type of installation, and we work to take measures, especially through renewable fuels such as HVO, that help avoid energy “waste” and continue to provide benefits for all, but without a cost to the ecosystem.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
