A collaborative future for a stronger industry<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Mexican Data Centre Association (MEXDC)<\/a> has taken a decisive step towards strengthening the data centre<\/a> industry in Mexico and Latin America. In the framework of the DCD>Connect Cancun<\/a> 2024 event, the MEXDC has led a workshop where the collective effort of all its associates to consolidate the industry in the region was highlighted.<\/p>\n

Projected growth of the Data Centre industry in Mexico<\/h2>\n

A market study by MEXDC estimates that, by 2029, direct investment in the data centre market in Mexico will reach USD 9.192 billion,<\/strong> while indirect investment will exceed USD 27.576 billion.<\/strong> This growth reflects the importance of the sector for the country’s digital transformation and its role in global competitiveness.<\/p>\n
