PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/h2>\n

The customer requested gas oil pumping to the daily service tanks of the normal operation power generator units.<\/p>\n

Solution adopted by INPRO<\/h3>\n

The complete installation consists of two different fuel supply systems for the gensets, controlled by a PLC. The whole installation has two main storage tanks.<\/p>\n

The genset ring pipeline suck fuel from these two main storages. The installation is composed of a double pump unit as well and four electric generators with their corresponding daily tanks with the safety devices and their return single pump units.<\/p>\n

  • Main tank control: EDM-40<\/b> probe with display<\/li>\n
  • Leaks detection: DDP-25<\/b> interstitial chamber detector & LMW<\/li>\n
  • Pump system: 3 x fuel pump FP 200 GE ATEX<\/b><\/li>\n
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01 x fuel polishing system SAFA<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Solenoid valves: control the filling process<\/li>\n
  • PLC<\/b> control system<\/li>\n
  • Collector tray with leak detector<\/li>\n
  • Pressure and Level switches SMMR<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Flow meter and Pressure reducing valve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
