INPRO Expands Its Presence in Chile Through New Critical Infrastructure Projects

INPRO expands its activity in Chile with new critical infrastructure projects

Chile drives new investment in hospitals, data centres and strategic infrastructure

INPRO continues to expand its presence in Chile with new projects linked to the development of critical infrastructure. We are currently working with SACYR Spain, a company specialising in the development, construction and management of major infrastructure and engineering projects, with operations in sectors such as transport, water, energy and construction.

.

The company participates in public and private infrastructure projects both in Spain and internationally. We will also soon begin collaborating on projects related to the OHLA Hospital Network and the CRS Hospital Network, further expanding our activity within Chile’s healthcare sector.

These new collaborations build on the experience INPRO has gained in recent years across various hospitals in the country, where we have provided solutions designed to ensure the safety, control and continuity of energy supply.

Chile is undergoing a period of growth and modernisation of its infrastructure, with new projects being launched in the healthcare sector, data centres, water treatment, desalination and other strategic facilities.

This scenario is creating new opportunities for companies specialising in technical solutions for critical infrastructure, particularly where energy supply continuity, safety and facility monitoring are essential. Within this context, INPRO continues to expand its presence in Chile, where we have been involved in various projects for several years and are currently increasing our activity alongside leading companies in the engineering, construction and infrastructure sectors.

A growing market for critical infrastructure

One of the sectors experiencing significant growth in Chile is the data centre industry. The country has a National Data Centre Plan aimed at promoting the development of this type of infrastructure, with more than USD 4 billion in projected investment, strengthening Chile’s position as one of Latin America’s key markets for digital infrastructure development.

Our track record in hospital projects in Chile

INPRO has already established a solid track record in Chile through our involvement in various hospital projects developed over recent years.

These include:

  • Quillota-Petorca Biprovincial Hospital – 2019
  • Hospital del Salvador – 2022
  • Red Maule Hospital – 2022
  • Sótero del Río Hospital – 2025

At the Quillota-Petorca Biprovincial Hospital in Chile, INPRO contributed solutions for the fuel supply of power generation systems and other critical installations within the hospital complex.

The project incorporated pumping, measurement and control systems, leak detection, solenoid valves and control panels, among other equipment, enabling the automation and monitoring of various fuel supply processes.

This type of installation highlights the importance of auxiliary energy systems in hospitals and other critical infrastructure, where reliable fuel storage, transfer, control and distribution solutions help ensure the availability of backup power systems.

New projects and partnerships in Chile

Our activity in the country continues to grow. We are currently working with SACYR Spain and moving forward with our involvement in new projects linked to the OHLA Hospital Network and the CRS Hospital Network.

These new partnerships expand our experience in the Chilean market and allow us to continue providing specialised solutions for facilities requiring high levels of safety, availability and operational continuity.

In addition, the growth of sectors such as data centres, hospitals, water treatment plants and desalination plants is creating new opportunities to apply our expertise in fuel storage, transfer, filtration, measurement, control and monitoring.

    Solutions for Critical Facilities

At INPRO, we design and manufacture solutions tailored to the technical requirements of each installation, particularly for projects where backup power systems must remain available under all circumstances.

Our experience enables us to participate in projects across a wide range of sectors, including hospitals, data centres, airports, industrial facilities, water treatment plants and energy infrastructure, developing systems tailored to the specific characteristics and requirements of each project.

The evolution of the Chilean market and the growth of new strategic infrastructure represent an opportunity to further expand our presence in the country and collaborate with local and international engineering firms, construction companies and system integrators. Building on the projects developed in recent years and the new partnerships currently underway, we continue to consolidate our presence in Chile and strengthen our involvement in critical infrastructure projects across Latin America.
