Advanced automation for fuel systems and emergency generators
We introduce the new generation of MCP+ control panels, designed for automated fuel filling and transfer in emergency generators. Featuring PLC, HMI touchscreen and Modbus TCP connectivity, MCP+ systems manage from one main tank to multiple day tanks, ensuring precise, safe and reliable control in critical installations.
MCP+ MASTER CONTROL PANEL: For automated filling in emergency generators
The INPRO MCP+ control panel for emergency generators is the perfect complement to fuel transfer systems. It can manage different filling areas depending on the configuration and requirements of the project, in accordance with the technical layout of the installations and the distances within the building.
The PLC offers multiple communication capabilities, one of the most commonly used being Modbus TCP for transmitting information between machines and/or to the BMS.
Main technical specifications:
Its main component is a modular programmable logic controller (PLC), configured with the analogue/digital input and output modules required for each installation, ensuring optimal safety and reliability in each specific installation, including:
- Main tank level control.
- Generator day tank level control.
- Fuel transfer pump control.
- Preventive fuel filtration control.
- Flow meter.
- Leak detection.
- Analogue vacuum and pressure sensors.
- Integration with other controllers and systems.
- Redundant digital signals for safety control.
- Motor starters and thermal motor protection.
MCP+ FUEL CONTROL PANEL: With PLC, Touchscreen and Modbus TCP Connectivity,
from 1/N Main Tanks to 1/N Day Tanks
The INPRO MCP+ Control Panel, designed to serve multiple backup power generators, is also the perfect complement to INPRO ATAM-GET diesel fuel transfer systems.
Main technical specifications:
Its main component is a PLC controller with a colour TFT LCD touchscreen, ranging from 4.3” to 15” HMI, with multiple analogue/digital inputs and outputs configurable according to the size of each installation, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

How the CAG+ or MCP+ works in critical installations
This guide illustrates how INPRO’s product range operates in critical installations, including our diesel and HVO fuel transfer units for generator supply, as well as our measurement and control systems. These solutions are used in backup power installations in data centres, hospitals and airports.
If power outages are not an option for your facilities and you need more than a controlled shutdown of your critical systems during a power failure, INPRO has drawn on its extensive experience to develop an uninterrupted diesel fuel supply system for emergency generators, ensuring continuous power availability.
